All correspondence received is treated confidentially and is promptly forwarded onto the client.
Our service includes:
- Forwarding all official mail to an address provided by our client within 24 hours of receipt
- Answering phone calls in the name of the company, taking telephone messages and sending them by e-mail to our client
- Maintaining discretion when an enquiry is made about the company, ensuring that no details of the company are revealed and notifying you of any personal enquiry made at our offices in respect of the company.
