Secretaries and Administrators.
Initially starting out her professional career heading
one of the leading accounting firms company secretarial
department she was head hunted to manage M & N Group
Limited back in 1984. With a vast experience in dealing
with clients in both setting up and running limited
companies Karen is able to provide corporate advice
and expertise on all company secretarial subjects, both
in the UK and in offshore jurisdictions. |

in 1997 and left for a brief period to develop her skills
in the corporate and financial sector. Having recently
returned with this new knowledge Chloe now heads up the
corporate section and deals with all the compliance work
for some 450 clients. |

is a Chartered
Accountant. He started off his career as a Financial Controller
of a medium sized PLC gaining valuable experience in a
wide range of corporate, charitable and private sector.
Stephen now runs the M & N Accountancy division assisting
with the preparation of company's accounts, corporate
and tax returns. |
